I received my order but an item is missing or has a defect?
We double check our orders before shipment, but sometimes we make a mistake. If we made an error, please contact us immediately to report the problem. We will send you the missing item immediately. If an item has a defect please let us know if you want us to ship a new item or issue a refund.
What if I want to send my order as a gift?
I just ordered wrong Item, how do I cancel my order?
Please send an inquiry to “cancel order” in contact us form immediately. Please notice that if the order has been processed and shipped, there is no way I can stop it from shipping. You should Return the item for refund or exchange. Shipping fees will NOT be refunded. Please check our return policy.
